Home design is a personal passion, taking big ideas from dream to reality.  With design software products for different operating systems and platforms, Joy creates both a blueprint view and an indispensable 3D view that lets you walk through your project to get a realistic feel for the space before you tear down that wall.

Establishing an online presence has a significant impact in connecting people. Joy has helped non-profit organizations create websites, online donation and payment options, and social media profiles – vastly increasing their outreach to those they support and to the generous donors who support them.

Discovering your roots is an amazing process.  Genealogy research provides insight into your ancestors’ lives, and introduces new family members from the past.  With access to online international records  and newspaper archives, you can learn about the personal and historical events that shaped your family.

Joy of All Trades offers IT Technical Support for home and businesses: PC desktop support, Wi-Fi set-up and configuration to reach the far corners of your home or office, back-ups, malware removal, helping find the right computer and peripherals, and training and training materials for common office software.

With years of experience from DOS to the cloud, from managing a help desk to over a decade in Cloud Security and Compliance, there’s a lot of knowledge to tap into: IT Project Management, Compliance Program Management (PCI, FDA, HIPAA), Computer Systems Validation, and Software Product Management, to name a few.

Loved ones young and old are targets for online scams. Step one to prevention is education. Kids need to understand internet stranger danger. Parents need to learn how to configure parental controls, screentime limits, and monitor activity. Everyone need to know how to identify scams and help frequent victims protect themselves.
